AppsBos connects someone who needs work done with the Professionals who do it. This policy says plainly what we collect, why, and who sees it. If something here is unclear, ask us before you use the app.

The short version. We collect your telephone number, and we give it to the other party so they can call you. That is the whole point of the app. We do not sell it, and you can delete it whenever you like.

What we collect

Your telephone number. Used to verify you are a real person, and given to the other party so they can reach you.
Your business name, and a logo or photo if you add one. Professionals only. This is shown to Users.
What you typed — your description of the work you need, or of what your business does.
Zip codes you entered, so requests reach the right people.
Basic technical data from Google Firebase, which runs our sign-in and database — device type and app version.

We do not collect your address, your location, your contacts, your photos beyond the one you deliberately add, or anything you have not typed in.

Who sees it — read this part

Your telephone number is shown to other users of the app.

If you are a User and you send a request, your number goes to the Professional you addressed it to, or to the Professionals enrolled in the zip codes you chose.
If you are a Professional, the number you entered is shown to Users who send you a request.

You enter it voluntarily, knowing this. That is how anyone gets called back.

Your business name and logo are shown to other users too. Everything else stays between you and us.

Who we share it with otherwise

Nobody. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not give it to advertisers. The only company that holds it besides us is Google Firebase, which stores the data and sends the verification text on our behalf.

Deleting it

You can delete any request or listing inside the app at any time. To remove your account and everything attached to it, see Delete your account. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account — use that page.

Children

AppsBos is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child.

Content other people write

Business names and descriptions are written by users, not by us. If you see something abusive, impersonating a real business, or otherwise wrong, report it to us at the address below and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
